Welcome to HuntBin. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance & Governing Law
By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located in the United States, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you waive any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction in such courts. Consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws retain all statutory rights regardless of this clause.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions. Prices include applicable taxes where required; shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
Order acceptance occurs upon confirmation/shipment. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers. We may verify information before fulfillment and may cancel orders at our discretion (with full refund if payment was taken).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon pickup. You are responsible for accurate shipping addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated by reference. Generally, most items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
7. Phone Number & Support
Phone support is not provided. All customer inquiries are handled through our Contact Us page via a ticket-based system. You may optionally provide a phone number in your support request, but it is used only to respond to that specific inquiry and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by HuntBin or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our Services, submit false information, interfere with our systems, or use automated tools without permission.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties — in such cases, these disclaimers may be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory liability protections (e.g., under consumer protection statutes) retain all statutory rights.
